This year has been incredibly difficult for families facing homelessness in Massachusetts. In just a few short months, we have already seen some of the most complex and impossible situations for families who are losing their housing and who cannot access shelter. The staff and office volunteers at Family Promise have been working tirelessly to bring hope, and some much-needed compassion and safety, to the families we serve. It often feels like we are barely making a dent in this ever-growing crisis. But when we receive a smile and a giggle from a toddler playing with crayons in our office, while their parent works with our case managers, it all feels possible. We maintain hope because we know we have the best supporters on the North Shore, and we know that families need our help and compassion. Together, with all of you, we have hope that we can and will end family homelessness!

Family Promise North Shore Boston invites you to our annual ‘See the Promise’ event at Olio, a historical theatre in downtown Peabody. Join us for an evening dedicated to our mission of preventing and ending homelessness. Now, more than ever, your support makes a real difference.

The evening will feature:

• Special Guest Speaker: Yvonne Abraham, Columnist for The Boston Globe

Our Annual Walk to End Homelessness is an opportunity for us to come together as a community and take a public stand in the fight to end homelessness. Change only happens when people are aware of the problem!
