This cool dude

is happy to have

a new home!

Henry and his mother Yaritsa are the most recent ‘graduates’ from Family Promise North Shore Boston.

We are thrilled to announce that last week, Family Promise North Shore Boston guest Yaritsa signed a lease for her new apartment!

One of the biggest hurdles faced by families in the program is what we call the “Ready For Home Challenge,” which refers to having First Month’s Rent + Last Month’s Rent + Security Deposit before they can move into a permanent home. For a family emerging from a homeless experience, this is a huge obstacle.

With your help, Family Promise was able to help Yaritsa and baby Henry secure their new apartment in Salem by providing for their last month’s rent. THANK YOU!

Over the next few days, we’ll be gathering info for what they need for furnishings, etc. to outfit their new home.

This is what WE do together: Helping families stabilize after experiencing homelessness and then helping them find sustainable homes. It’s what makes the word “Family” in Family Promise so meaningful. Together, we are ending homelessness one family at a time.

Celebrate with us!

Thank you,
